- Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): Free on orders over $69.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7-14 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is not available for international orders.
- Processing Time: Orders may take up to 3 business days to process if items are not on back-order.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–5 business days from our warehouse.
- Tracking: All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
- Packaging: Orders are shipped in durable packaging to protect products during transit.
Important Notes
- Amola Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
- We will always do our best to help trace missing parcels.
- Refunds for shipping costs will not be issued in cases of product unavailability or delays beyond our control.
- Customs or import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
1. Defective Products
If your product is defective, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Once we receive the defective product, a replacement will be sent immediately. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
2. Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund, minus the original processing fee. The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping & Tracking Assistance
- Monitoring Orders: Please track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
- If No Updates: If there are no tracking updates within 20 days after shipment, contact our support team.
- Delays: Factors such as weather or customs may cause delays outside our control. We will assist you in resolving any issues quickly.

- Customers are responsible for paying these fees.
