Exchange
We know the perfect fit matters. If you’d like a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Just send us your order number at support@amolabeauty.com and we’ll walk you through it.
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:
- Your nails are unused and in the same condition as delivered.
- The full tool kit is included.
- Everything is packed back in the original packaging and ready to ship.
Return
If your order isn’t what you hoped for, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Conditions:

- Original packaging is required.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
How it works:

- We’ll send you a return shipping label.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
- Ship them back to the address provided.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Faulty Items
We want every Amola set to arrive in perfect condition. If your order reaches you damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away at support@amolabeauty.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll take care of all costs to ensure a smooth and stress-free resolution.
